πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Today we’re making super simple UNAGI PIZZA to amazing #triphop by the talented Jaeden Camstra.

πŸ’« It’s a great dish to bring to any party for a unique flavour, and I hope you have so much fun making it and getting creative!

πŸŒŠπŸ•UNAGI PIZZA πŸŒŠπŸ•

30g Butter (Salted)
1 Leek
3 Brown Mushrooms
Black Pepper
Salt

300g Unagi
2tbsp Unagi/Teriyaki Sauce

5tbsp Mayonnaise (Kewpie)
1tsp Wasabi
2tbsp Cream

Cheddar & Mozzarella (Shredded)
Black + White Sesame
Chili Oil
Katsuoboshi (Bonito Flakes)
Seaweed (Shredded)

Sauté the mushrooms and white leek in butter, remembered to leave the lid on awhile to maintain juiciness.

Toss green leeks in hot pan on high to char slightly.

Heat pizza until cheese is slightly melted.

Slice unagi and stir in unagi/teriyaki sauce.

Mix mayonnaise, wasabi, and cream together and add into piping bag.

Retrieve pizza from oven.

Top with wasabi mayo, sautéed mushrooms and leek, unagi, and shredded cheese.

Pop back in oven as per package instructions.

Remove from oven when done and top with more wasabi mayo, unagi sauce, chilli oil, sesame seeds, bonito flakes, and shredded seaweed.
