[TRIP HOP #WOKHEY] : GUACAMOLE
🥑🥑🥑 Holy Moly Guacamole! 🥑🥑🥑
👩🏻🍳 Today we’re making some guac to amazing #triphop by the talented Jaeden Camstra.
💫 It’s refreshing & yummy, and I hope you have as much fun making it as you do wolfing it down!
🥑 GUACAMOLE 🥑
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tomatoes
5 sprigs of Thyme (optional)
2 Avocados
1/2 Red Onion
5 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 teaspoons Lime Juice
5 tablespoons Cream
Salt + Pepper + Chili Flakes
Coriander/ Parsley (optional)
Sear the tomatoes and pan fry on low heat with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Adding thyme in at halfway mark for added flavour. (optional)
Mix garlic, onion, and parsley together then add avocados one by one.
Mash with tomatoes.
Add lime juice, salt, pepper, chili flakes and cream to taste.
